Your First 90 Days
with Dialing for Dollars

This is a typical working plan, not a client case study or a promise of closed deals. Your market, list quality and follow up shape what happens after a seller conversation.

Week 1: Meet Your Caller

Meet your dedicated caller before launch. Review your market, seller criteria, script and how you want leads handed over. Agree on who will follow up and what information each CRM record needs.

Week 2: Live Dialing

Use the second week to review live calls and refine the handoff. Live dialing starts within 2 business days of launch, so you do not need to wait until week 2 for calling to begin.

Weekly Recording Reviews

Review recordings with your caller each week. Check how motivation, property condition, timeline and the next step are recorded. Use real conversations to adjust questions rather than judging the work by dial counts alone.

Leads with Recordings in the CRM

D4D CRM is included. Every lead comes with its call recording. Review the seller notes and recording before you follow up, then keep the next action and outcome in the CRM.

Through Day 90

Keep reviewing calls and following up with sellers. Look for gaps in list quality, qualification and response time. A lead is not a closed deal, and this plan does not predict revenue or contract counts.
