Service

Your whole acquisition machine, not just a caller

Callers, VAs and support staff who know US wholesaling, giving you a full operations team for a fraction of what one domestic employee costs.

The full pipeline, handled

Everything included

Stop being a one man show

The wholesalers running ten deals a month have systems, not heroics. This is a ready made operation you can plug in this week.

Who this is for

This is built for wholesalers who are past their first few deals and are done being the only person who touches acquisitions. If you are running lists, dialing, qualifying, booking appointments and chasing title companies yourself, you have hit the ceiling of what one person can do in a day. This service replaces that entire stack of jobs with a managed team, not another tool to configure.

It also suits investors and agencies scaling past a single market. Instead of hiring, training and managing five separate roles in house, you get one point of contact overseeing callers, VAs and list builders who already know how US wholesaling works, motivated seller psychology, ARV and MAO maths, and the paperwork that keeps a deal moving.

How the pipeline actually runs, week by week

A managed acquisition team is not one person doing five jobs badly, it is five functions handed to people who specialise in each one. Here is roughly how a month runs once a campaign is live.

WeekFocusWhat you see
1List building, skip tracing, script calibrationOnboarding call, criteria confirmed, first lists scrubbed and stacked
2Dialing begins, objection handling tunedFirst qualified leads and appointments land in your CRM
3Volume normalises, follow up sequences runWeekly KPI report: dials, contacts, leads, appointments
4Disposition support and pipeline reviewBuyer outreach on your contracted deals, month end reporting

Dialing starts within two business days of onboarding, which is faster than most in house hires can even be interviewed. Read more on the mechanics in our real estate wholesaling guide.

List building and skip tracing, in more detail

Most wasted dials trace back to a bad list, not a bad caller. We pull from county tax delinquent records, absentee owner databases, probate filings, code violations and driving for dollars data, then cross reference against your existing CRM so you are not paying to re dial people you already own. Lists are deduplicated, address verified and stacked by motivation signal before a single dial goes out.

Skip tracing runs in bulk across the whole list to surface the best phone numbers and emails for each owner. More verified contacts per record means more of your list actually gets worked instead of sitting dead in a spreadsheet, which is the single biggest lever on total qualified leads per month.

Cold calling and qualification

The calling side of wholesale support runs on the same standard as our dedicated real estate cold calling service: Egyptian callers, tested for a neutral accent by a native US speaker, trained on wholesale scripts and objection handling before their first live dial. They qualify against your criteria, motivation, timeline, condition and price expectation, and log everything in real time so nothing depends on someone's memory at the end of the day.

Typical dialing volume runs 250 to 300 dials per caller per day, which is what produces the 20 to 40 qualified leads a month per caller that the guarantee is built around. If you want the caller function on its own without the rest of the pipeline, that is available separately as the cold calling service; wholesale support wraps it with everything upstream and downstream.

CRM management and appointment setting

Every qualified lead is entered into your CRM, REsimpli, Podio, GoHighLevel, or whatever you already run, with full call notes, not a one line summary. Appointments are booked directly into your calendar with reminders and follow up sequences attached, so leads do not go cold waiting for someone to call back. If your VA function needs to extend beyond acquisitions into general admin, our virtual assistant service covers that separately.

Deal coordination and disposition

Once a seller is under contract, the same team can handle warm follow up with the seller, liaise with the title company on paperwork and closing dates, and run outreach to your cash buyer list to get contracts assigned. This is the part most wholesalers drop entirely once they get busy, deals sit in limbo because nobody is chasing them. Having one team see a lead from first dial through to assignment keeps the whole pipeline visible in one place instead of scattered across your inbox, texts and a spreadsheet.

Cost, what a full team actually runs

Pricing scales with how many roles and hours you need. Pricing depends on hours and scope and is covered on the strategy call. Wholesale support bundles multiple roles, calling, list building, skip tracing, CRM and coordination, so the exact number depends on your volume and market count. You get a precise figure on the discovery call, with a full comparison against hiring in house. See how the numbers break down against other providers on our comparisons page.

If you are not sure which fits, the discovery call will tell you in ten minutes, most people already know once they hear the two laid out side by side.

Compliance built into every stage

Compliance is not an add on bolted onto the calling function, it runs through the whole pipeline. Every list is scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists before it reaches a dialer. An internal suppression list is maintained across campaigns so a seller who opts out on one list is not re dialed on the next. Calls happen only inside legal local time windows for the recipient's time zone, and every call is recorded, which matters both for compliance review and for training new callers on what a real objection actually sounds like.

Skip tracing and list sourcing follow the same discipline: no scraped or unverified data dumped straight into a dialer, no records pulled from sources that would put your campaign at risk. If you want the detail on how DNC liability actually works in practice, our FAQ covers it directly.

Onboarding: what the first two weeks look like

Onboarding starts with a call to confirm your buy box, target markets, qualification criteria and any existing lists or CRM setup. From there the team builds or imports your first lists, runs skip tracing, and drafts scripts around your specific criteria rather than a generic template. Callers are briefed on your market before the first dial goes out, not mid campaign.

Dialing itself starts within two business days. The first week is treated as calibration, list quality gets audited, scripts get tuned against real objections, and qualification criteria get sharpened based on what sellers are actually saying. By week two or three, volume normalises and the weekly KPI reports become a reliable read on where the pipeline stands: dials made, contacts reached, leads qualified, appointments booked.

Reporting and what you actually see each week

You get a weekly report covering dials, contact rate, qualified leads, appointments booked, and disposition activity if that stage is active. Every qualified lead arrives in your CRM with the call recording attached, so you can spot check quality yourself rather than taking anyone's word for it. There is a live dashboard as well, so you are not waiting for a Friday email to know how the week went.

This reporting discipline is the same one used across our cold calling service, the difference with wholesale support is that the reporting spans the whole pipeline, from first list pull through to a signed contract moving to disposition, rather than just the calling stage.

When wholesale support is not the right fit

If you are doing fewer than a handful of deals a month and still enjoy running every part of the process yourself, a single dedicated cold caller or a standalone virtual assistant is probably a better starting point, you can always add the rest of the pipeline once volume justifies it. Wholesale support earns its cost when the volume of leads, lists and follow up has grown past what one person can track without things slipping. Most clients who move to the full package do so because they were already paying for pieces of it separately and losing deals in the gaps between them.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from just hiring one cold caller?

A single caller only covers dialing. Wholesale support adds the list building, skip tracing, CRM management and deal coordination around that caller, so leads do not stall between steps. Most solo wholesalers lose deals in the gaps between these jobs, not in the calling itself.

Can I start with just cold calling and add the rest later?

Yes. Many clients start with cold calling alone and add list building, skip tracing or deal coordination once volume justifies it. There is no penalty for starting small and scaling up.

Do I need to already have my own CRM and dialer?

No. We work inside REsimpli, Podio, GoHighLevel or whatever system you already use, or we can recommend one during onboarding if you do not have one set up yet.

What happens if the team does not hit my monthly lead target?

The same guarantee that applies to cold calling applies here: 40 qualified seller leads per caller per month, in writing. If it is not met, we keep working your list at no extra cost until it is.

How quickly can a full team be up and running?

Dialing starts within two business days of onboarding. List building and skip tracing usually run in parallel during that same window so the team is not waiting on data once calls begin.
