What we collect

When you submit the application form or book a call we collect your name, business email, phone number and the business details you choose to give us. When you browse the site we collect standard server logs and, if you accept them, analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, run the strategy call, and deliver the service if you become a client. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When advertising cookies are allowed, the Meta Pixel records that a page was viewed and that a discovery call was booked or a form was submitted on this site, and sends those events to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. We do not send Meta your name, email address or phone number in readable form. The purpose is measuring and optimising our advertising. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked to accept before anything loads; elsewhere the pixel runs by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page, and the change applies immediately. When you allow advertising measurement, we send visits, lead and booking events to Meta, including your email and phone in hashed form, to measure and improve our ads.

On the quiz we also measure answers, leaving the quiz, submitted forms and booked calls. Meta may receive the answer choices, campaign source and a randomly assigned lead reference when advertising is allowed. We do not send Meta your buying market, and your name, email address and phone number only go to Meta in hashed form. The quiz contact form separately asks permission to call and text about your request; it does not grant advertising permission. You can decline or withdraw advertising measurement through Cookie settings. The quiz remembers your latest choice and when it was made, together with the notice shown, to honor it later.

Client and seller data

If you become a client we may be given access to your CRM and to contact data for property owners in your market. That data remains yours. Every caller signs a non disclosure agreement before touching an account, access is scoped to your systems only, and we do not export, copy or retain bulk contact data. Access is revoked when an engagement ends.

Call recordings

Calls made on your behalf are recorded for quality assurance and delivered to you with the associated lead. Recordings are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@dialingfordollars.co and we will action it within 30 days.
