Each dedicated caller is committed to 40 qualified leads per month. A lead counts only if all five criteria are met: the contact owns the property, they are open to selling, condition is captured, timeline and price expectation are recorded, and a stated reason for selling is logged with the call recording attached.
If a caller finishes a month below 40 qualified leads, we continue working your list at no additional cost until the number is met. There is no partial-credit calculation and no renegotiation.
If you are not satisfied with your assigned caller for any reason — fit, accent, performance — we replace them free of charge within 48 hours.
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days written notice to info@dialingfordollars.co. You are billed for the notice period and not beyond it.
Fees already invoiced for work performed are non-refundable; the lead guarantee above is the remedy for underperformance. Setup or data fees are refundable in full if we cancel before your caller goes live. If we cannot staff your campaign at all, everything paid is returned.
