A deal: A purchase agreement signed by a seller we found for you.
Your part: Call back every seller we send you on the same business day, make an offer on every qualified lead, and stay on the plan we agree for the full 90 days. The 90 days start the day we go live on your market.
Our part: If you don't have 2 signed purchase agreements by day 90, we refund every dollar you paid us for those 90 days. Email info@dialingfordollars.co to claim it.
Your market: We check your county on the call. If it doesn't have enough owners to call, we tell you and we don't take you on.
A qualified lead is one that meets all five criteria in the lead guarantee below.
Each dedicated caller is committed to 40 qualified leads per month. A lead counts only if all five criteria are met: the contact owns the property, they are open to selling, condition is captured, timeline and price expectation are recorded, and a stated reason for selling is logged with the call recording attached.
If a caller finishes a month below 40 qualified leads, we continue working your list at no additional cost until the number is met. There is no partial credit calculation and no renegotiation.
If you are not satisfied with your assigned caller for any reason, fit, accent, performance, we replace them free of charge within 48 hours.
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days written notice to info@dialingfordollars.co. You are billed for the notice period and not beyond it.
Fees already invoiced for work performed are non refundable, except under the 90 day deal guarantee above. Setup or data fees are refundable in full if we cancel before your caller goes live. If we cannot staff your campaign at all, everything paid is returned.
