These terms cover use of this website. The commercial relationship, if you become a client, is governed by the service agreement you sign, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
We provide trained outbound callers and virtual assistants who work under your direction, on your lists, using scripts agreed with you. We are a staffing and campaign management provider. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, we do not provide legal or investment advice, and we do not represent buyers or sellers in a transaction.
You are responsible for the legality of the lists you supply, for your own compliance obligations as the party on whose behalf calls are made, for following up on the leads we deliver, and for any offers, contracts or transactions you enter into.
We scrub lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists, maintain an internal suppression list, honour opt-outs, dial only inside legal local-time windows, and record calls. Compliance is a shared responsibility and nothing here transfers your legal obligations to us.
Engagements run month to month. Either side may cancel with 30 days written notice. There is no long-term contract.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the month in which a claim arises. We do not guarantee deals, revenue or any specific business outcome. Lead volume commitments are set out in your service agreement.
