Questions people actually ask
Everything buyers ask us on the first call, pricing, compliance, caller quality, lead definitions and what happens when something goes wrong. No hedging.
It depends on three things: how many callers you want, how many hours a day they dial, and whether we supply the data or you bring your own list. There is no hidden setup fee and no per lead surcharge stacked on top of the monthly rate.
You get an exact number on the discovery call, along with the total cost picture, dialer, data, skip tracing, management, so you can compare it properly against an in house hire or another agency. In house, a single US based caller typically costs several times a dedicated offshore caller once payroll taxes, software, desk space and management time are counted.
All five boxes have to be ticked: the person owns the property, they are open to selling, the condition is captured, the timeline and price expectation are recorded, and the reason for selling is stated, with the full call recording attached.
Miss one and it does not count toward your 40 and it does not hit your invoice. A qualified lead is not the same as a booked appointment; appointment setting is a separate service with a different target.
Forty qualified seller leads per caller per month, written into the agreement. Dialing starts within two business days of onboarding.
Realistically, week one is calibration, list audit, script tuning, objection review. Volume usually normalises in weeks two and three. If the 40 is not hit inside the month, we keep dialing your list at no extra cost until it is.
We scrub every list against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state lists before records reach a dialer, maintain an internal suppression list, honour opt outs immediately, and dial only inside legal local time windows for the recipient's time zone.
Every call is recorded, so there is an evidence trail for any complaint. We are not your attorney and we do not give legal advice, but we will show you exactly how your campaign is configured, and we will not run a list you have not authorised.
Judge for yourself, recordings are on the homepage, unedited. Behind them: every caller passes a recorded mock call reviewed by a native US English speaker before placement. It is a pass or fail gate, not a coaching note.
If you ever flag an accent or comprehension issue, we replace the caller free within 48 hours.
Neutral accents, strong written and spoken English, a large university educated talent pool, and time zones that cover US morning and afternoon calling windows without asking anyone to work through the night, which is where fatigue and turnover come from.
The longer comparison, including the trade offs, is in Egypt vs the Philippines and why Egyptian callers.
Wholesale bootcamp first: seller psychology, ARV and MAO maths, distress signals, and the objection frameworks they get drilled on until responses are automatic. Then the English and accent gate. Then a shadow period on live calls before they own a campaign.
Once placed, calls are recorded and reviewed weekly, so script drift gets caught inside a day rather than at the end of the month.
Either. If we supply data, we pull county records, skip trace, and stack distress signals so your caller works the top slice rather than a raw file. If you bring your own, we audit it in week one and tell you honestly what we found, including if it is burnt.
Most bad campaigns are bad list problems wearing a caller costume.
Free replacement within 48 hours. We keep trained callers in reserve who have already been through the bootcamp, so a replacement comes off the bench rather than out of a recruiting pipeline that takes three weeks.
Neither. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. We suggest giving it 60 to 90 days so the campaign can ramp and the data can tell you something, but we would rather earn the month than lock you into a year.
You watch a live dashboard: dials, connects, conversation time, and every lead with its recording attached, updated through the day. You open a tab, you do not request a report and wait for it.
Every caller signs an NDA. Access is scoped to your CRM only: no exports, no local copies, no shared logins. One named account manager is accountable for the campaign, and all access is revoked the day we finish.
We work inside whatever you already run, the common ones in wholesaling all work fine, and we adapt to your dispositions and pipeline stages rather than asking you to change them. If you have not picked one yet, we will tell you what we see working most often and why.
Yes. Acquisition VA work, follow up on aged leads, list management, skip trace clean up and appointment setting are all covered under virtual assistants and wholesale support. Mixing cold calling and follow up in one seat is common for smaller operations.
A thirty minute call, no pitch deck. We look at your list, your market and your close rate, then tell you the caller count that makes sense, including if the honest answer is "not yet".
A full time US based caller typically runs several thousand dollars a month once you count wages, payroll taxes, dialer software and management time, before they have made a single call. Pricing for a managed, trained offshore caller through Dialing for Dollars is covered on the strategy call and depends on hours and whether we supply data, and arrives already trained on wholesale scripts and objections.
Compared with a generic Filipino BPO seat, the price gap is smaller, but the training and accent bar is different, see the full breakdown in Egypt vs the Philippines. We would rather you compare the real numbers than take our word for it.
Dial volume per day varies with list quality and legal calling windows. That volume, sustained over a month, is what produces the 40 qualified leads per caller we write into the agreement.
Dial counts alone do not mean much without connect rate and conversation time next to them, which is why all three sit on your live dashboard rather than a single vanity metric.
Both, and they are priced and measured differently. Cold calling is about volume, dialing a list to surface motivated sellers. Appointment setting works warmer leads through to a booked, confirmed seller meeting on your calendar, including the day before confirmation call so fewer people no show.
Many operations run both roles: a caller finds the lead, a setter books and confirms the meeting. Read the full comparison of the two roles, qualification frameworks and setter KPIs in our guide to Egyptian appointment setters.
Yes. We will scope hours to whatever your list and budget can support, and tell you honestly if a part time schedule will not hit meaningful volume. A caller working four hours a day on a thin list is not going to produce the same output as a full shift on a well scrubbed county pull, and we would rather set that expectation up front than let the first invoice be the surprise.
Most wholesalers start part time or with one caller, see the dashboard and the recordings for a month, then decide whether to add hours or headcount.
Dials, connects, average conversation time, and leads produced against the 40 per month target, all visible on the live dashboard. Behind that, we spot check call recordings weekly for script drift, tone and whether the qualification checklist is actually being followed rather than rushed.
If a caller is dialing plenty but not converting, we listen to the calls with you and diagnose whether it is the script, the list, or the caller, and fix whichever one it is rather than guessing.
Yes. Once a caller is placed on your campaign and performing, they stay on it, continuity matters, because a caller who knows your market, your offer structure and your common objections outperforms a fresh one every time. You are not re explaining your business every few weeks.
The only time a caller changes is a performance issue, an accent or comprehension flag you raise, or a resignation, in any of those cases you get a free replacement within 48 hours from our trained bench, not a fresh recruiting search.
Any US market. Callers dial inside the legal local time window for whichever time zone your list sits in, and we adjust shifts so a caller working a West Coast list is not starting at 5am their time and burning out by week three. If you run lists in multiple states or time zones, we build the schedule around that rather than picking one and stretching it.
Most of our clients are real estate wholesalers, but the same skill set, cold calling, list work, follow up, appointment setting, applies to investors buying and holding, and to agents prospecting expired listings or FSBOs. The qualification checklist and scripts get adjusted to your offer, not the other way round.
See how the wider support role works for wholesalers specifically on the wholesale support page, or compare full service options in the comparisons hub.
Day one is a kickoff call to confirm your offer, target markets, list source and CRM access. Day two, the caller is assigned and briefed with your specific scripts and objection handling on top of the standard wholesale bootcamp. Dialing starts within two business days, not two business weeks.
Week one is calibration: we audit the list, tune the script against real objections you are hearing, and review the first batch of recordings with you. By week two or three, volume and lead flow normalise into the pattern we quote you on the discovery call.
If we do not hit the 40 qualified leads written into your agreement, we keep dialing your list at no extra cost until we do. That guarantee is one reason the qualification checklist is strict, a lead that does not meet all five criteria does not count toward the 40 and does not appear on your invoice, so there is no incentive on our side to pad the number with soft contacts.
