Dialing in 2 business days · no contracts

Stop paying
by the hour.

for leads.

Every other agency bills you for time, so a dead month costs the same as a great one. We put a number in writing instead: 40 qualified seller leads per caller, per month — or we keep dialing free until you get there.

Free 30 minutes. No pitch deck. We'll tell you if you're not ready.

The difference

Two ways to buy. Only one pays for outcomes.

Everyone else

  • You pay by the hour — a dead month costs the same as a great one
  • Or you buy leads already sold to five other investors
  • "Qualified" gets defined after you've paid
  • No recordings. You can't tell a slow day from a no-show
  • Caller quits, pipeline goes dark for a month
  • DNC exposure lands on you, and nobody mentioned it

Dialing for Dollars

  • 40 qualified leads a month, in writing, or we dial free
  • Your caller, your list — never resold to anyone
  • All five criteria published below, before you pay a cent
  • Live dashboard + a recording on every single lead
  • Trained bench behind your seat — replacement in days
  • DNC scrubbed, windows enforced, every call recorded

0

qualified seller leads per caller, per month

Miss it and we keep working your list at no extra cost until you hit the number. It's in your agreement, not on a sales call.

From the floor

Hear our callers in their element.

Anonymised clips from live campaigns — tone, framing, and the moment a stranger says yes.

01Live call · Reel Real estate

Pivot close — 'not selling'
to bottom-line number

Owner says no on the primary property. The caller surfaces a second rental, qualifies condition, tenant status and motivation, and walks away with a number.

02Live call · Reel Real estate

Referral conversion — hard no
turned into warm lead

The owner's sister refuses on his behalf. The caller stays warm, pivots, and leaves with a full name, phone number and address of someone actively selling.

Approved today. Dialing Thursday.

No recruiting drama. Your caller is already trained and on the floor — you're being matched, not hired for.

Before you book

We turn people away. Read this first.

Don't book if

  • You can't follow up on a hot lead within a day
  • You have no CRM and no buy box
  • You're still deciding whether to try wholesaling
  • You want a $5 caller and expect $50K months

Book if

  • You're doing deals and need more seller conversations
  • You close fast while leads are still warm
  • You'd rather read a weekly scorecard than manage a person
  • You've been burned before and want to see proof first

Straight answers

Do Egyptian callers really sound American?

Listen to the recordings above and judge for yourself — that's why they're on the page. Behind it: every caller passes a recorded mock call reviewed by a native US speaker before placement, and if you ever flag an accent issue we replace them free within 48 hours.

How do I know they're actually dialing?

You watch. Live dashboard showing dials, connects, conversation time and every lead with its recording attached, updated through the day. You open a tab, you don't request a report.

What exactly counts as a qualified lead?

All five: they own it, they're open to selling, condition captured, timeline and price recorded, reason for selling stated — with the full recording attached. Miss one and it doesn't count toward your 40 and doesn't hit your invoice. A qualified lead isn't a booked appointment; that's a separate service.

What if you miss the 40?

We keep dialing your list at no extra cost until you get there. It's in the agreement. No partial credit, no renegotiation.

What if my caller quits?

Free replacement within 48 hours. We keep trained callers in reserve who've already been through wholesale bootcamp, so your replacement comes off the bench rather than out of a recruiting pipeline.

Who's liable if a caller hits a DNC number?

Fair question, and most agencies dodge it. We scrub every list against the National DNC Registry and applicable state lists before records reach a dialer, keep an internal suppression list, honour opt-outs immediately, and dial only inside legal local-time windows. Every call is recorded, so there's always an evidence trail. We're not your attorney — but we'll show you exactly how your campaign is configured.

You'll have my CRM and my sellers' data.

Every caller signs an NDA. Access is scoped to your CRM only — no exports, no local copies, no shared logins. One named account manager is accountable, and access is revoked the day we finish.

Do you provide the list?

Either way. If we supply data we pull county records, skip trace, and stack signals so your caller works the top slice instead of a raw file. Bring your own and we'll audit it in week one and tell you honestly what we found.

Contract or minimum?

Neither. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. We suggest 60–90 days so the campaign can ramp, but we'd rather earn it monthly.

What does it cost?

Depends on caller count, hours, and whether we're supplying data. You'll get a straight number on the call, plus the total-cost picture — what's included and what isn't — so you can compare it properly against anything else you're looking at.

Your list isn't calling itself.

Thirty minutes. We map your market, tell you what your numbers should look like, and say honestly whether this is the right move right now.
