Paid acquisition

Real estate Meta ads, run by people who also work the phones.

Most agencies running real estate Facebook ads have never spoken to a motivated seller. We run the calls and the ads for the same clients, so the creative is built from language that actually gets people to answer — and the leads land in the same CRM either way.

How a campaign gets run

01

Market and buy box

We define who's worth reaching before anything is built.

02

Creative built in-house

Angles written from real call objections.

03

Tracking configured

Pixel and conversion events verified before spend scales.

04

Test at low budget

Multiple creatives, small daily spend, cut fast.

05

Budget moves to what converts, reported weekly.

Reporting

What you get weekly

  • Spend, leads, cost per lead per campaign
  • Which creatives are winning and which got cut
  • Leads in your CRM, not a spreadsheet
  • A human explaining what changed and why

Calling and ads belong together

Outbound reaches owners who never raise their hand. Inbound catches the ones already looking. Both feed the same pipeline.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much do Meta ads cost for real estate investors?

In live client accounts we see roughly $16 to $79 per seller lead, with the spread driven by market competition, population density and how specific the seller angle is. A workable test budget for one market is $40 to $80 per day; $10 to $25 per day is enough only to learn whether an angle draws responses.

How long before Meta ads produce seller leads?

Responses usually start within the first week, but a campaign needs two to four weeks before cost per qualified lead is stable enough to make budget decisions. Scaling before the conversion event is verified and follow-up is fast multiplies uncertainty rather than deals.

Do the leads go into my CRM?

Yes. Form submissions arrive in the seller pipeline with the campaign, angle and submission time attached, alongside leads generated by the calling team, so both channels are judged by the same qualification standard.

Do you run ads for investors who do not use your callers?

Yes, though the creative is stronger when we also hear the seller calls, because the ad copy is written from real objections. Weekly reporting covers spend, leads, cost per lead per campaign, which creatives won and which were cut.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Your market and buy box, access to your Meta ad account and page, and a destination for the leads. We configure the pixel and conversion events and verify them before spend scales.
