About Dialing for Dollars

Built by a cold caller who worked every seat in the room

Dialing for Dollars was founded by Marwan, who spent years on the phones for US real estate investors before building a calling team of his own in Egypt.

Marwan's story

Marwan started as a cold caller for US real estate investors. He spent his days dialing absentee owners, tired landlords and inherited properties, learning what makes a seller stay on the line and what makes them hang up. That first seat taught him the one thing every investor learns the hard way. Lists do not close deals. Conversations do.

From the phones he moved into appointment setting, where the job was to turn a warm conversation into a booked walkthrough with a real decision maker. Then he took on admin work, keeping CRMs clean, follow ups on schedule and lead notes useful for the acquisitions team. Later he ran operations, which meant hiring callers, reviewing recordings, fixing scripts and answering for the numbers every week.

Each seat showed him the same gap. Investors wanted consistent seller conversations, but most offshore callers were placed with little real estate training, managed loosely and replaced slowly. So Marwan founded Dialing for Dollars in Egypt to build the team he wished he had worked with. Callers who understand US sellers, a manager who listens to the calls, and a written promise on results.

The team today

Dialing for Dollars now has 400+ trained Egyptian callers working for US real estate wholesalers, investors and agents. Every client gets a dedicated caller who works their list and their market, not a shared pool that rotates every week.

How our callers are trained

Nobody touches a client list on their first day. Every caller goes through a wholesale bootcamp before the first dial. Training covers the motivations behind a sale, such as vacancy, repairs, debt, divorce, inheritance and relocation, and the language US sellers use when they talk about them.

Callers practice on recorded mock calls that are graded pass or fail before placement. They learn how to qualify on condition, timeline, motivation and asking price, how to handle the common objections without sounding scripted, and how to write notes an acquisitions manager can act on. After launch, recordings are reviewed so script drift gets caught early.

What we put in writing

40 qualified seller leads per caller per month, in writing, or we keep dialing for free until you get there. It is the same promise for every client, and you can read how it works on the real estate cold calling service page.
